Sell Your Goods & Promote Your Business at Elevation Celebration

The 12th Annual Elevation Celebration will be held on Saturday & Sunday, July 26th & 27th, 2025. The vendor area will be open Saturday from 10:00am - 8:00pm and Sunday from 9:30am - 6:30pm.  Both days will feature a free street fair, local live music on two stages, kid's entertainment, and multiple beer tents.


Vendor space is very limited and demand for this year's 12th Anniversary Elevation Celebration is high.  We strongly urge you to reserve your booth early.


The price for a booth will be increasing by $25 after June 15th.

  • When is the event?

    The 12th Annual Elevation Celebration will be held on Saturday & Sunday July 26th & 27th. The vendor area will be open Saturday from 10:00am - 8:00pm and Sunday from 9:30am - 6:30pm

  • What if it rains or snows?

    Elevation Celebration will take place in rain, snow, or sunshine.  Tent side walls are strongly encouraged and tent weights are required for all vendor tents.

  • What are my vendor space options?

    This year's vendor areas are designated in sections A, B, C, & D

  • How much do vendor booths cost?

    VENDOR FEES for the two-day event: 

    Food Trucks: $350

    Artisans & Nonprofit:  $250 Chamber member/ $300 Non-Members

    Informational:  $400 Chamber member/ $600 Non-Members

  • Is there a map available of where the vendor booths are located?

  • What time is vendor load in/out?

    Vendor load-in/out information is available by downloading our Vendor Guide.

  • Where is parking for vendors?

    Parking will be available at the RTD Park & Ride.

  • Will electricity be provided?

    Electricity is not available. If you need electricity please plan to bring a generator and inform the vendor coordinator as soon as possible.

  • When will I get my booth assignment?

    Booth assignments will be given at check-in on Saturday, July 26th.  If you choose to set up on Friday evening during Early Bird checkin, you'll be given your assignment when you arrive on Friday.

  • Is my vendor booth guaranteed?

    Vendor booths will only be reserved once payment has been received and the application has been approved by our committee. The committee reserves the right to decline and refund your application fee in order to maintain the diversity of vendors at the event. You will only receive confirmation of your booth reservation once these two criteria have been met.

  • Can I cancel my vendor booth?

    Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:


    Should any contingency prevent holding Elevation Celebration, the Conifer Community Collective, dba Elevation Celebration shall not be held liable for any expenses incurred by the Vendor other than the rental cost of booth space.  If Vendor must cancel its space for good and sufficient reasons, and written notice of such cancellation is delivered to Conifer Community Collective by July 1st, Vendor shall receive a refund of any booth fees paid. If cancellation occurs after July 1st, all booth fees are non-refundable.
