This website is operated by Foothills Community Collective(“we,” “us”), the nonprofit that produces Elevation Celebration in Conifer, Colorado. By using elevationcelebration.org, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about the festival, buy VIP tickets, apply for vendor booths and sponsorships, sign up to volunteer or perform, nominate and vote in community polls, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site — no attempting to break or overload it, no submitting false information, no impersonating others, and no using automated tools to scrape or spam our forms.

Purchases, applications, and refunds

• VIP tickets are sold through Stripe. Tickets are for the published festival dates; the festival happens rain or shine.
• Vendor booths and sponsorships are applications, not guaranteed placements — we review every submission and confirm by email or invoice. Fees are due as stated at checkout or on your invoice.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us and we’ll work it out like neighbors.

Community submissions

Content you submit (dunk-tank nominations, form responses, messages) must be respectful and lawful. We may decline, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion — the dunk tank is all in good fun, and we moderate every nomination before it appears publicly.

Our content

The festival name, logos, photos, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and personal photos freely; please don’t reuse our branding commercially without asking.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep information accurate, but schedules, lineups, and offerings can change. To the fullest extent allowed by Colorado law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time — the date above tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
